To qualify, your central A/C or heat pump must be a working unit that is under five tons, at least 1 year old and has not received a CoolSaver® tune-up within the last five years. The cooling unit must service an income eligible ONCOR® property. Outdoor temperature must be 70º F or higher to perform the tune-up.
